- Integrative nursing visits in accordance with client needs and physician orders
- Client and family education/lifestyle coaching regarding client’s disease processes, related nutritional needs, medications, and treatments
- Medication administration and management
- Health care advocacy in communications with client’s multidisciplinary health care team professionals, such as VNA/Palliative/Hospice providers, primary care practitioners, and specialists to ensure continuity of care and best outcomes.
- Holistic approach to meet ongoing needs for comfort and safety with personal escort to medical appointments and out-patient treatments
- Reiki sessions
